KSS (or KISS) Marketplace  at kstormstudio.com is a digital marketplace and digital community where game developers/publishers, content creators, musicians, digital artists but even where everyone can sell their games, content, assets and creations, simply setting up their own store in the marketplace.

As soon as you have registered your account you will be automatically redirected to your User dashboard. Here you can find a big button on your left side menu to open your Vendor dashboard. At K Storm Studio digital marketplace, everyone can have their stores.

There are few ways to create an account at K Storm Studio digital marketplace.

Just navigate to the top-right Sign-In button, click on it to open the pop up login form, then click the Register text-button.

In alternative you can direclty follow the account registration page.

Once you have created your account you will be automatically redirected to your member dashboard.

Welcome to K Storm Studio digital marketplace! You can upload both paid and free content, setup your store page, manage your assets and products and earn from it. Just setup and run your own digital online store and start selling.

Every vendors like any other member is first of all a member too, so this service is absolutely free! You are free to create your own account and manage your user profile, create your store page, post in the community, browse the marketplace and use all the features offered by our platform.

• Promotions: K Storm Studio marketplace promotes your content based on internal rank, but periodically it gives your content some additional visibility;

Everyone at K Storm Studio have both the member dashboard and the seller dashboard so once logged into your account you’ll be redirected to your personal dashboard or member dashboard. On the left hand side of it you can see your account menu, scroll down until you see the Vendor Dashboard button.

KSTORMSTUDIO.COM doesn’t collect any sensitive payment information from buyers. Instead, it relies Stripe & Paypal to handle transactions securely.

Whenever you send a new product to the KSS digital marletplace, this will be reviewed by our team. Our revision process is not intended to determine which product can be sold or not, but just to check if the product respect the minimum standard for our customers.

We do this to try to make our service as useful and best as possible.

Your store-page will be shown as soon as you start selling content, however it is been created and it’s online at the address you chose during the registration process.

Set up your store and start creating products and your store will be automatically shown in the store lists.

We take from 5% to 12% for each sold product. This means you get 90% from each product you sold in your store here at KSTORMSTUDIO.COM.

For some product categories we’ve been forced to apply a different  commission, here is the full list:

• 3D Assets: 5%
• 3D Game Ready Characters: 5%
• Music and Soundtracks: 12%;

You can upload mature content but no pornography depicting explicit sexual acts.

Our system handle automatic payments and transactions. However you can request payments after 30 days from your last withdraw. We do this to protect customers from potential frauds and let them easily request for an eventual refund. So after 30 days, payment will be automatically sent to you if your balance achieved the minimum required amount to withdraw currently set to £100.

As a vendor/publisher, you are the only responsible for registering at a VAT and paying the tax collected.

No. You will always fully own your content.

As a Vendor you can choose the type of warranty to give to your customers. The warranty can be included (highly recommended), as Add-on or you can even select to dont give any warranty (not recommended). Further you can define your warranty duration time in days or even lifetime. Please consider to set your warranty within 30 days which  is the time span our system handle payments. Over this time we can’t give you money back to refund your customer. By default we have set a warranty policy, but you can even customize it in YourAccount – VendorDashboard – Settings – RMA.

Yes, you can! Just navigate to YourAccount – VendorDashboard – Settings, then select the product you want to set a specific warranty to and then edit this. Scroll until you see the RMA field and select “Override your default RMA for this product”.

In your product editor page you can see there are 2 dedicated section named cross sell and up sell.

The up selling function is internally used by the engine, while cross sell can be set by you. Simply start typing the similar or related products you want to sell in addition to the current product and that’s it, more  products will appears in addition to the current products.
