Depending on the product and the warranty terms shown on the product page, you may be eligible to request a replacement or a refund within the specified warranty period. As mentioned below, we don’t publish games without setting a minimum warranty period of 7 days.
Our system allows you to submit a request directly through your account dashboard. Each request is reviewed carefully by vendors but also by us, to ensure a fair and transparent resolution for both gamers and publishers. The vendor can proceed with a refund after your request. If not, we will do it.

Return and Refund
From your order list My K Storm Studio – My Orders or now even from the menu My Shopping – My Purchases, you can select the product you want to request a replacement or a refund. Select the game you want to replace or return, then click on the button Request Warranty.
Here are your options: you can request a replacement, a refund, or a refund using store credits. You can also check if your warranty period for that specific product is still valid. This is very important because if the warranty period has expired, you cannot request a return of the game anymore.
Then you can select the reason why you want to return your product. The list of selectable options, like “It doesn’t work”, is set by each vendor, and it is based for specific product. You can also write in a few sentences the reason why you want to return the product or game. This can help us to better identify the issue.
Warranty Period
Although creators/publisher has the freedom to set up the warranty themselves for their products, some creators may extend the warranty for a longer suggested period, we don’t publish a product without a warranty period shorter than 7 days. So, as a customer, you normally have 7 days to report an issue and claim a refund.
On My K Storm Studio -> Return and Refund, in your account, we can see and manage the request you made.
