To ensure fast and secure payments for all creators and studios around the world, our marketplace supports multiple payout methods. Vendors can choose the method that best matches their country and business status.
We will process a payment when your balance is at least equal or more than the minimum balance required, currently set to £250, and you have already set your payment method. To configure your payment method, please follow this link: https://kstormstudio.com/dashboard/settings/payment/.
Notes: this chapter is intended for the payment methods set by Vendors to receive their payments by selling games and products on the K Storm Studio Marketplace. If you want to have more info about the supported platform payment methods, please visit
Stripe (Recommended)
Stripe is the best payout method for the marketplace. When Stripe is connected, payouts are automatic, so no action is needed from the vendor.
Benefits
- Fast payments directly to your bank account
- Automatic commission calculation
- Secure onboarding handled by Stripe
- Support for both companies and individual developers
Requirements
- Vendor must be located in a Stripe-supported payout country
- Vendor must complete the Stripe Express onboarding using the button in their Vendor Dashboard
Bank Transfer
Notes
- Bank transfers are processed manually by the marketplace.
- Processing time varies depending on region and bank.
If Stripe Express is connected, it will automatically be used as the primary payout method. Bank transfers are available only when Stripe Express is not connected or not supported.
Fees
Please consider that every payment transaction may charge some fees. Stripe processing fees apply to each order. In general, Stripe fees are between 1.5% and 2.9% of the Vendor’s product price.
Bank transfer fees may apply, depending on the bank/country, to cover international banking costs. KSS Marketplace applies a fee of 2% + £10 for each payment dealt through a bank transfer.
Payment Holds & Compliance
To comply with international anti-fraud regulations, payments may be temporarily held if:
- Payment method onboarding is incomplete
- Identity or business verification is required
- Disputes, refunds or fraud checks are in progress
