As a user, fan or gamer, you have a few options to request support as shown below. You can request support from us or directly to an Author/Creator. If you need additional information about a product, you can ask the Author directly through the product page or their own store at our marketplace. If you want to ask more about a purchase or you want to ask for a refund, you can do it directly from your account.
Please bear in mind that an Author/Creator is responsible for answering your request and managing your refund directly if you ask for. If he doesn’t do that, we will process your request from the admin side.

- Product Page: you can contact the Author/Creator of a game or product and send them a ticket directly from the product page.
- Author Store: you can even contact an Author/Producer just by visiting their own store on our marketplace, and send them a ticket. After purchasing you can even send them a ticket directly from your order page in your account.
