When you buy something on KSS Gaming Social Marketplace (kstormstudio.com), you get all your purchased products directly in your account. Just go to My K Storm Studio -> My Downloads to get the list of your purchased products ready to be downloaded.
In addition, you can also download your purchased products from the KSS Dreamgate desktop application. This is particularly important sometimes, in the case of games. You can download and manage every product from KSS DreamGate, but you can launch and play games from there only if they have been specifically developed for this application.
You can play games by simply downloading them from your account, or using the KSS DreamGate desktop application to download, install or uninstall games. Remember that each developer can decide to publish their games for the KSS DreamGate application platform, standalone or both so, not all of the games can be run via KSS DreamGate.

The download section allows you to get the product you paid for and physically download them to you computer. If you instead need to manage your orders, there is another section to My K Storm Studio -> My Orders. This section is particularly important after your purchases. Here you can see your receipt, when you get it, download it and eventually get in touch with the vendor/creator by sending a ticket.
