Your Vendor Dashboard is your personal control center. It gives you a clear overview of how your games are performing and how your business is growing on the platform. You can track your gross and net earnings, monitor sales and orders, and see exactly what’s happening with your balance in real time. Everything is designed to give you a clear overview, so you always know how your business is doing.
Vendor Dashboard Balance
Your Dashboard Balance shows the total amount you have earned from completed sales after platform commission, VAT (handled by the platform), and Stripe processing fees have been deducted (please also read below about Commission).
When a customer purchases your product, the earnings are recorded instantly in your dashboard. However, funds may remain in a pending status until the applicable warranty or refund period has ended.
Commission
When you connect your account using Stripe Express, your earnings from each sale are automatically allocated to your connected Stripe account after platform commission and applicable fees are deducted.
Although earnings are recorded instantly after a successful transaction, payouts to your bank account are not processed automatically.
Funds remain pending until the end of the applicable warranty/refund period, which is displayed on each product page. This policy helps protect both customers and publishers in case of refunds or disputes.
After the warranty period has passed, you may request a withdrawal. Once approved by the platform, Stripe will process the payout to your connected bank account according to Stripe’s standard payout schedule.
Please note:
- Earnings are visible in your vendor dashboard and Stripe Express account.
- Actual bank transfers are subject to approval and Stripe processing times.
- Stripe fees and platform commissions are deducted automatically before funds are allocated.
Withdraw
As mentioned in the Vendor Payments Options and Payout Methods section, you have to connect your Stripe account to receive your payments, from: https://kstormstudio.com/dashboard/settings/payment/.
Once this is done, and if your balance is at least equal to or more than the minimum balance required, from your Vendor Dashboard – Withdraw, you can request a withdrawal. When we receive your request, we can proceed to complete your payment.
