The Orders and Downloads sections serve two distinct, yet related, purposes. Let’s explain why in detail.

The Orders Section

The Orders section provides you with a complete, financial, and logistical history of every purchase made on the KSS Marketplace. Let’s break down the table and analyse each column.

Table Column	What Contains	Explanation
Order Number	A unique ID for the transaction (e.g., #10045).	Used for referencing the transaction when contacting customer support or viewing a detailed receipt.
Date	The date the purchase was completed.	Tracks when the purchase occurred.
Status	The current state of the order (e.g., Processing, Completed, Pending Payment, Failed, Refunded).	Crucial for digital goods: Once the status is “Completed,” you should have access to the game/content.
Total	The final amount paid, including taxes and fees.	Confirms the total cost of the transaction.
Action	What you can do with your order.	You can view your order or take additional action if needed to complete it. See below for more details.

Key Actions to manage your Orders

• View: You can click the “View” button to see a full breakdown (your receipt) with the billing address, the specific items purchased, the subtotals, and the payment method used.
• Pay: You can manage your pending order and quickly return to and complete payment for an order where the transaction failed or was abandoned at checkout.
• Reordering: For some products, you can quickly recreate a past order to purchase the item again.
• Cancel: You can cancel the order if it’s still ongoing. The order will be cancelled, but you will still view the operation here.
• Request Warranty: You can request a warranty for your order, sending a ticket to both the Vendor and the KSS Marketplace staff at the same time. In your request, you can select the main issue and give more details and ask for a refund, replace your order or get refunded with KSS points/credits.

The Downloads Section

The Downloads section is the access point for the digital content itself. This is where you get the keys or files you need to use a purchased game or product. In short, where you get your product.

Table Column	What Is It
Product Name	The name of the downloadable game or content as a link to the Product Store Page.
Download Remaining	A number showing how many times the file can still be downloaded. Although some digital products can be downloaded a certain number of times, in general, all the products of our marketplace can be downloaded an unlimited number of times.
Expires	The date (if applicable) when the download link will no longer work. In general, every product on our marketplace will never expire, and it can be downloaded anytime from your account or the KSS DreamGate desktop application.
Download	The button or link to retrieve your purchased digital file or license key.

Both the expiration date and the download remaining are primarily used in case of temporary assets or limited-time bonuses. In general, for the majority of our products, we set no expiration date and no download limitations, as agreed with our vendors.
